The registration fee for the conference attendees  is : 200 USD

• The registration fee includes:
  • Access to all plenary and parallel sessions
  • Access to poster sessions
  • Lunches and one conference dinner

• The registration fee does not include:
  • Travel expenses and accommodation

Cancellation policy 

Cancellation of registration is possible until June 24th, 2022. There is an administration charge of $10. After that date, no refund is possible.

COVID plan and protocols

All attendees are required to be fully vaccinated (Stanford's rules), which means two weeks after receiving all recommended doses of the primary series. A proof of vaccination will be asked before entering the workshop door. People without a full vaccination process won't be able to attend the workshop, the registration fees won't be reimbursed.
